Digging Up Dinosaurs – Lesson 11
“I can spell and write words!”
Objective: To spell and write cvc words. (RF.K.2)
Materials: water, bucket, paintbrush, sidewalk
Procedures: Fill a bucket with water. If weather permits, take the bucket and the paintbrush outside. Tell your child to paint various cvc words on the sidewalk.
Conclusion: Have your child read the words to you before they “disappear”.
