It’s always good to review both uppercase and lowercase letter names. So here is a fun way to do just that!
Jumping Jungle – Lesson 17
“I can match uppercase and lowercase letters!”
Objective: To match uppercase and lowercase letters. (RF.K.1)
Materials: clothesline, clothespins, colored construction paper, marker, scissors
Procedures: Make shirt cut-outs and write uppercase letters on them. Write lowercase letters on the clothespins. Your child will hang the shirts on the clothesline by matching the letters.
Conclusion: Your child will name each of the letters and the sound each letter makes. Then enjoy folding your “real” laundry together!
