Wooden Bead Letters

For this moveable alphabet, I purchased these colorful wooden beads from a catalogue but you can probably find wooden beads at a local craft store. Because they have a tendency to roll, I cut pieces of pipe cleaners to keep them in place. This is a great moveable alphabet to change the beginning or ending sounds in words to form new words. For extra fun, give your child a longer piece of pipe cleaner and let him/her make a name bracelet to wear!
